Department of Electronics Engineering had organized International Conference on Information
Processing, 16-19th Dec 2015
The purpose of this conference was to provide an international platform for aspiring students, researchers, developers, industry persons and practitioners to share and discuss novel ideas and knowledge in various areas of information processing. Total 163 researchers were registered for the conference. Among the776 research papers submitted, 163 were accepted and 159 papers were presented in the conference.
IEEE VIT Student Branch had organized a guest lecture on DoS in Wireless Network by eminent speaker Dr. Jalel BEN OTHMAN.
The honorable guest Dr. Jalel BEN OTHMAN (University Of Paris, France), given fantastic guest lecture on the ‘Dos in Wireless Network’. He started from scratch and explained first basics of topic. After basic exact core things were explained such as wireless sensor platforms’ resource constraints as well as the denial-of sleep attack, which targets a battery-powered device’s energy supply. He proposed solution for overcoming the ‘DoS in Wireless Network’.
