Orientation to Chemical engineering:
ChESA(Chemical Engineering Students' Association) had organised a guest lecture on Orientation to Chemical Engineering on 9th August'16 .The lecture was conducted by Mr.Pankaj Khandelwal ( industrial experience of 29+). An overview of the different sub-fields in chemical engineering was given, the importance of sustainable solution to real problems was discussed and the basic steps required to set up a plant were studied.
Pumps Workshop:
On Aug 18th,2016 ChESA ( Chemical Engineering Students' Association) arranged a detailed workshop on pumps. The event took place in chemical engineering department. In order to make students well apprised of - Selection of Pumps,Different Types of Pumps for various fluid applications,Industrial Applications,Hydraulic Calculations,Various Parts
,Trouble Shooting etc. Mr. Pankaj Khandelwal ( B. Tech/M.tech , IIT Kanpur) with industrial experience of over 29+ years conducted a fruitful lecture. The event was under Curricular Team of ChESA.
