Help-Line cell provides financial assistance in a confidential manner to the needy and economically weaker deserving students of the institutes so that they can complete their education with dignity and grace. Vishwakarma Institute of Technology is an approved study center of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) for conducting training programs in various subjects like Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Printed Circuit Boards (PCB). Training programs in Hydraulic and Pneumatic maintenance of machines, Electrical maintenance of machines are also conducted.

Vishwakarma Institute of Technology is also an approved study center for courses of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India. We have a training Center for 'I-DEAS' software of Structural Dynamics Research Corporation, U.S.A.

A 'Center of Engineering Excellence' has been set up in Vishwakarma Institute of Technology, which conducts postgraduate diploma courses in Piping Technology, Applied Biotechnology, Boiler and Process Equipment Design and Engineering, etc. for students and for persons from industries. The departments conduct preparatory courses for Graduate Aptitude Test Examination (GATE) for the final year students and past students.
