Greetings to all,

We are in the Twenty-fifth year of our existence, and are witnessing the realization of our dream to be an autonomous institute.

Academic autonomy means that the institute will have to operate as responsibly as the University itself. The University of Pune has endorsed its faith and trust in our systems, which we have consciously established over more than a decade now. Every individual student, faculty and staff will have to remember  that  Pune

University, which is one of the top ranked universities in the country, will award a degree to our students based on our systems for training, assessment and evaluation.

Now, our institute will enjoy the freedom to design our curricula to suit the requirements of external stake holders. We can ensure that the academic calendar devotes just adequate time to examinations, and permits students to plan their vacations for industrial training, additional courses, etc. Value addition in terms of general proficiency and professional development is going to be a key aspect in the success of our model of academic autonomy.

We now look forward to our alumni to come forward and help us to modify and run our new curricula to set the pace for the current generation, and to take them to the pinnacle of glory.
