It is a great pleasure to see the progress of first ever-International Conference organized by Department of Industrial and Production Engineering at our Institute. Participation of researchers from not only all states of our Country but also from many other Countries is only an indication of untiring efforts of our core team.    With constant encouragement and support by Shri Rajkumar Agarwal, the Chairman, Shri Bharat Agarwal, the Managing Trustee and Shri Bajarang Lohiya our team could approach researchers in India and abroad.

We have received excellent support from International Ergonomics Association President Dr. David Caple, as well as from the Indian Society for Ergonomics, Secretary Prof. Dr. G. G. Ray.
